SOC FluentSpeak SIEM and EDR
Last updated [DATE]

Privacy

The short version: while SOC Fluent is in development, the only personal data we collect is the email you give us for the waitlist, the optional answers about which SIEM or EDR you use and which query language you want to practise first, and whether you asked to test before launch.

What we collect

  • Your email address.
  • Which SIEM or EDR you use at work, if you choose to tell us. If it isn’t in our list, you can type its name.
  • Which query language you want to practise first, if you choose to tell us.
  • Whether you’d like to test before launch.
  • Basic server logs (IP address, browser) kept for security, deleted after [N] days.

Why

To email you when SOC Fluent launches, to invite you to test early if you asked and a place opens up, and to plan which exercises early testers start with. Nothing else. We don’t sell it, share it with advertisers, or add you to a newsletter you didn’t ask for.

Who holds it

[COMPANY NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS], is the data controller. Emails are stored with [EMAIL PROVIDER], in [REGION].

How long

Until launch plus [N] months, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing [CONTACT EMAIL]. If you’re unhappy with how we handled it, you can complain to [SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY].
